Bishop Dewayne Stinson born February in Macon GA Bibb County to the parentage of the late Ms. Juanita M.( deceased November 16, 2010) and Mr. Linton P. He's the second child of 3, siblings Vanita Adams, older brother Eddie Lee Stinson Jr. He was reared and educated in the Bibb County school system, Eugene Hamilton Elementary, B.S. Ingram , then later transfered to John W. Burke Middle and in 1990 graduated from Central High School.
In 1994 Bishop got married to Ms. Tracie M. Maxwell but the marriage ended in 2011. With the union 3 children were added. God blessed him with the oldest a son who is his step-son, but treats him like his own. He knew that Tramarcius needed a real man and father, he was up for the challenge. God then blessed them with two beautiful daughters, Akia Symone and Khourney Miche Stinson.
In 1996 heeding the unction from God Pastor Stinson accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior under the leadership of Pastor Christine Maxwell-Pastor of Macon Miracle Revival Center in Macon Georgia. (Pastor Maxwell went home to be with the Lord January 19, 2006). As God began to deal with him he finally stopped running and yeild himself under the call of the Holy Ghost. As Pastor Maxwell heard from God she Licensed and Ordained him as the first Deacon of Macon Miracle Revival Center. He worked faithful in the office of a Deacon as the Bible stated, "Wherefore, brethern, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, and full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business."
Under the tutledge of the newly appointed pastor Prophetess Belinda Davis he was licensed and ordained as a minister and then God gave him a higher calling. God changed the name from Macon Miracle Revival Center to Holy Spirit In Action Miracle Center. Apostle Belinda Davis knew the great calling and gift. As she was led by God she ordained hIm as the Pastor of Holy Spirit In Action Miracle Center.
